my mission in sharing the practice of yoga is to create a nurturing space where one can explore and connect with the body, heart, and mind. i believe yoga is a moving meditation that allows the student to be deeply present and mindful of how one’s practice in life manifests itself on the mat, thereby allowing one to live a more conscious and connected life. my teaching combines elements of the ashtanga, jivamukti, restorative, and vinyasa styles of yoga. this holistic practice helps reduce stress as well as improve balance, health, posture, and outlook on life.
